Needle for alcoholization

More details

More info

The PAB needle is used for injection of ethyl alcohol directly into the tumoural interstitium resulting in necrosis of tumours (SHEU-Univ.CHIBA-LIVRAGHI).

Uniform diffusion of the alcohol, thanks to the opposed staggered holes, allows more complete necrosis.

The special sharpening of the Trocar-type tip improves penetration and allows reaching the deepest areas.

The internal stylet provides rigidity during the penetration.

The PAB needle is equipped with a practical universal luer-lock connector, an ergonomic grip made of transparent plastic so that the passage of fluids is visible and a 50-cm long extension line.

Different versions are available:

- With 3 holes

- With 5 holes
